Availability request data
The form collects your name, phone/WhatsApp, optional email, selected boat, date, number of people and any notes you provide. These details are used only to handle your request, contact you and organise a possible rental.
Essential technical data
The website may record minimal technical information for security and aggregate statistics, such as page, language, device type and a technical identifier not used for advertising profiling. No advertising or remarketing tools are used.

Form data is processed to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps. Technical data is processed for security, operation and general understanding of website usage.
Retention
Data is kept as long as necessary to handle the request and, where a rental relationship begins, for any period required by administrative or legal obligations. Requests are kept only for as long as needed to manage the contact and any applicable obligations, and may be removed from the management system when no longer necessary.
External services and content
WhatsApp, phone, email and Google Maps are opened only when you choose the relevant link. Some editorial destination photos are served by external websites, so your browser may technically contact their image server. Google Fonts and embedded Google Maps are not loaded automatically.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing by contacting the email address above. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority.
